Full Time Positions

Systems Specialist

MCSE/MCITP/MCTS for on-site and remote network support. We are looking for a qualified professional with excellent communication skills and experience providing computer support to the business community.

Our fast-paced environment is on the cutting edge of technology. CTSI offers a competitive compensation package, great work environment and a place to grow your skills.

MCSE preferred but MCITP, MCTS or equivalent will be considered. College degree or equivalent experience required.

Senior Systems Specialist - Cisco Emphasis

Qualified professional experienced in hardware and software support and installation of Cisco related products, including IP Telephony, routers, switches and wireless devices.

Responsible for providing on-site, remote and telephone technical support for clients. Must have experience providing support to the business community.

Skills required: working knowledge of networking hardware and Cisco IOS. Cisco CCNA or CCDA certification required.

College degree or equivalent experience required.

Managed Services Specialist

Detail oriented professional responsible for assisting with maintaining Remote Operations Center (ROC) and related areas in addition to providing remote and telephone technical support for clients.  Must have experience providing support to the business community.

Skill required: excellent communication skills, working knowledge of networking hardware and Windows operating systems.

College degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Customer Technician (desktop support)

We are looking for team players to provide desktop support in client/server environments utilizing telephone and remote applications as well as on-site workstation support for our varied client base.

Must have excellent communication skills and a desire to provide computer support to the business community.

MCTS or equivalent preferred. College degree or equivalent experience required.
